Tanner Tompkins is a GIS/Land Resource Specialist and UAS Remote Pilot with over 15 years of experience in GIS and natural resources. His areas of expertise include geographic information systems, hydrology, RTK/GPS surveying, heavy equipment operation, wetlands, and unmanned aerial systems (Remote Pilot Certificate 4048345). Specializing in GIS analysis, UAS remote sensing, aerial imagery capture, and custom cartographic and photographic work, Tanner provides solution-driven products to meet diverse client needs.

Tanner was raised in the Flathead Valley of Northwest Montana and splits his time between Bozeman, Whitefish, and Augusta, Montana. He has a degrees in Earth Science and Land Resources & Environmental Science from Montana State University and also serves as a board member with the Sun River Watershed Group and the Missouri River Flyfishers (Chapter of Trout Unlimited). In his free time, Tanner enjoys fishing, skiing, and exploring lesser-known areas of Montana with his yellow lab Chica.
